First determine the ENERGY STAR-qualified improvements you want to make to your home and obtain an estimate for your energy upgrades from the Cobb EMC Pataula District approved contractor list at
www.pataula-emc.com/contractors. Then complete a simple GEMC Federal Credit Union loan application:

• Click here to print the application. You can mail the completed application to GEMC FCU P.O. Box 450449, Atlanta, GA 31145-0449.

Once your completed application is received, it is then generally processed within 24-48 hours.

Your monthly loan payment will be billed on your Cobb EMC Pataula District electric bill and will be applied to your Energy Efficiency Loan.
